SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST
Send your pre-registration request
using the official online form.
You will receive an automatic
confirmation email.
WE WILL CONTACT YOU
An AGWA Team Manager will personally
contact you to explain the next steps
and guide you through the
registration process.

Submitting this form constitutes a
pre-registration request and does not
represent final confirmation of participation.
After submitting your request, you will
receive an automatic confirmation email.
An AGWA Team Manager will then contact you
personally to provide further information
and guide you through the next steps.
REGISTRATION DEADLINES
Preliminary Registration
Deadline for preliminary registration
and payment of 50% of the selected package.
Final Registration
Final registration deadline and payment
of the remaining 50% of the package.
Basic Registration Deadline
Final deadline for the €200
registration-only option.
After March 15, 2027, only Basic Registration
(€200 per person) will be available.
All registrations close on May 10, 2027.
